What is the emotion code?
The Emotion Code is a technique developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, and it works by getting rid of emotional baggage for good. I Use muscle testing, and quickly can identify and release hidden trapped emotions, which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause depression or anxiety; they can block us from love and happiness and make you feel disconnected from others. Because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute pain and even disease. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal physically, and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much easier to deal with.
Trapped emotions are literally balls of energy vibrating at different frequencies, created by emotions we experienced but did not fully process. Using kinesiology, we can identify which emotions are causing a disturbance related to what you are experiencing and release them.

I will keep releasing them until your pain has lowered. Introductory Session
30 Minute Phone session. If you would like to experience energy healing, I would love to do an introductory session for you to try it out and experience the emotion code. Together, we will quickly identify which trapped emotions are related to any physical or emotional pain you are experiencing and release them on the spot, so you are able to feel the benefits and the impact. I will keep releasing them until your pain has lowered! After you experience how amazing this work is, you can decide if you would like to book any future appointments to work on any imbalance you are experiencing; Anxiety, depression, fatigue, arthritis, obesity, PTSD, headaches, phobias, ADD/ADHD, addictions, any physical or emotional pain you are experiencing and more!!
Heart Wall Session
THE HEART-WALL
Perhaps the greatest discovery Dr. Nelson has made is that unexpressed emotions will often gather around the heart, creating a "Heart Wall", These emotion's can collect around the heart, literally building a wall of energy in order to "protect" the heart from emotional pain. In doing so, The "Heart-Wall", can cause physical symptoms, making it harder for the body to heal itself. The time finally comes when the Heart-Wall is no longer needed and it is time to release the emotion's for healing to occur,

A Little About Me...
Hi! I am Jessica! I am a single mom and have two sweet boys! I am a narcissistic abuse survivor and want to help empower others! You have SO much already inside of you and are capable of so much more than you even know! I've been divorced almost 5 years now, tried several different types of healing and therapy and nothing really seemed to click and help me until I tried using the Emotion Code. I was struggling with massive anxiety and PTSD from my marriage. It affected every aspect of my life and the every relationship I had. I felt stuck and also had chronic pain that no doctor could figure out. UNTIL my Emotion code session I had!!!! It was life changing!! During my first session we addressed the chronic pain (that I had suffered with for over 5 years) My little babies could not even cuddle on my chest it hurt so badly, driving was a nightmare and I couldn't even check my blind spots. My emotion code practitioner and I were able to find the cause together of what was actually causing the chronic pain and it was removed on the spot, instantly! Within 5 minutes too! I could not believe it. I had several other sessions to lower my anxiety and my PTSD. I was able to stop all medication I was on within 2 weeks!! Which was also amazing. I was so impacted by my sessions I wanted to learn more about it and get certified and help others who are struggling.
